U require a stronger Antibiotic, Take Tab Augmentin 625mg & Tab Flexon twice a Day for 5 days , along with Tab Pan 40 twice a Day for 5 days ( for preventing Acidity due to Medicines ) & Do warm Salt water gargling every hour

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
In case of acute severe pain take a 2 tablets Ketorol DT dispersed in water OR Tramadol OR Voveran
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

If u have any swelling.. on-off thricedaily
