Toothache Paining Problem

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My lower left teeth is paining badly. I had shown my teeth to one of my neighbor dentist she suggested me to take out the teeth. The teeth number she was mentioning 4 and 5 lowe left side. And she was telling that 4 and 5 teeth number is having common root so will have to remove both the teeths. Please can you suggest me , what should i do.

Maybe infection in both. If teeth are good, root canal can be done. If they are bad, and bone is bad, have to be removed
