Earlier i have pain in my upper tooth. I am attaching my latest x ray. According to my x-ray suggest me what would i do specially for my last molar. Last molar require some treatment or not.

The Xray quality is not that great , but roughly I can see that there is a cavity with 1st& 2nd molar . Kindly correlate the finding of Xray and clinical examination
