Hello mam. Salt water Gargling will not be reducing pain for a long time . Please visit ur dentist and do the needful . Try to avoid chewing that side and consuming cold water . Please take ketorol DT for time being. Dissolve the tablet in water and drink it u might have immediate relief . But pain killers are not to be taken often so please visit the dentist at the earliest
Visit a dentist and get it checked. The pain is due to some problem in the tooth. The pain killer works only for 6 hrs or so Better take medications from a dentist for the problem
Namaskaram,
Pain is a protective response that informs the body that something is wrong. As for tooth pain, it is caused by a reaction of the nerves inside a tooth's pulp chamber with the severity dependent upon the type and degree of the stimulus. Your dentist can help you identify the cause and best treatment.
