The tooth shape wont change but there are chances of microleakage and reinfection of tooth. Secondly root canal treated teeth are brittle and will break subsequently if crown is not fixed. What is the use of saving the tooth with RCT if it will break and you will have to extract it one day. Kindly do the crown procedure.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for crown procedure.
Health Tips
For long term benefits choose zirconia crown.

Hi mam.  Actually what does midprocess means? If RCT is completed and measurement of cap has been taken means, there is chances of changes in measurement in one month time. If RCT is not completed yet means, tooth shape will not change but it might fracture or there might be re infection ( if permanent filling is not placed.).
Next Steps
Visit dentist and complete your treatment

As your age is 25, please save your own tooth.
