Hi. Your teeth might be impacted due to insufficient space for it to erupt, a dentist/Orthodontist needs to check it clinically & On X-rays to check it's angulation , depth etc and then decide whether it can be brought to normal level with Orthodontic (Braces) treatment or not, It is advisable to save the tooth with Orthodontic treatment if it can be.
