Tooth pain
I have one old broken deep cavity tooth. I need to get it extracted but i am travelling right now. It started paining really bad since last night. What can i take time being. I have taken painkiller but its not helping.

As u mentioned it’s old carious tooth means there is infection and only painkiller is not gonna work Need to take antibiotics ie. Augmentin 625 mg BD 3 days And ketorol dt sos Visit ur dentist and go for extraction

Hello … You need to start with an antibiotic(Augmentin 625mg)course of 5 days and Ketorol DT for pain.. But you have to go to a dentist and get an X-Ray done treat it asap.

It is not wise to prescribe an antibiotic without taking an Xray and clinically examining the patient, kindly see a dentist in person.
