Hi Discolored tooth with pain is not good sign . Its completely decomposed (necrosed).Proceed with Root canal therapy if it's favourable. Take ketoral DT tablet for immediate pain relief . Apply Pain out gel over the tooth.

Consult with a dentist
Online now
Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. The tooth is probably infected and requires treatment- either root canal treatment or removal. Your dentist will do an X-ray and advise you accordingly

probably ur tooth has necrosed that means its blood supply is dead. root canal treatment followed by internal bleaching of the same tooth is required, only if itz front tooth.

You may have to go for root canal treatment. But all depend on your xray. Do you have any history of trauma.
