Hello, pain could be because of tooth decay you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Hello Sir, Pain killer is only a temporary solution. We need to find out what is the cause of pain . Better to visit a nearby dentist and get an X-ray done to find the main cause of tooth pain.

hi,The tooth pain is maybe because of deep cavity in tooth. Get a xray done & you may require either a root canal treatment or tooth removal depending on amount of tooth structure present. For pain relief antibiotics have to be taken along with pain killers.
