Yes you can go for Root canal treatment. X ray should be avoided during treatment. An endodontist can do RCT without xray. Visit nearby. Nothing to worry.

Good Morning
While elective ( non emergency) dental treatment is avoided during the 1st and 3 rd Trimester
In a case like yours, where there is an emergency, emergency root canal opening can be carried out to relieve pain and prevent progress of infection, of course necessary precautions, advice and clearance from your gynaecologist is mandated.
Next Steps
Please see a dentist and make sure any dental treatment you get is cleared by your gynaecologist
It's not advisable immediately considering your medical status.
You can get it checked and get tablets prescribed.
These can be taken after approval from your gynaecologist.
During 1st 3month of pregnancy u can not go for invasive dental treatment as it's phase of organogenesis. U can take selective medicines for it only after consulting your gynaecologist. In 2nd trimester u can go for rct.

Mam you need to consult your Gynaecologist and take a fitness opinion regarding getting a RCT done.Usually 2nd trimester is the safest for dental procedures.
