Hello, visit a dentist and get the checkup done. get your cavities filled. get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months.brush twice daily, floss regularly. rinse after every meal.

Brush and gargle properly after every meal and chocolates, go to dentist fill all your decayed teeth, go for regular check ups here on
