Try to see the condition of your teeth in the mirror or using your phone, if you see any yellow or black colored decay on the teeth that you are experiencing pain in, then most probably the decay is what is causing pain. Experiencing pain suggests that you should visit the dentist at the earliest.
Next Steps
A proper X-ray will give an idea of the status of the tooth and surrounding bone holding the tooth
Health Tips
In case of severe pain, ketorol dt tablet can be taken, it will temporarily relieve pain, however visit the dentist at the earliest.

hello, the reason for pain is decay in the tooth. The treatment depends on the extent of caries. can be done with a simple tooth coloured filling if the exent of cavity is limited, if the cavity is deep reaching the underlying pulp that is the nerve of the tooth, it will require root canal treatment, in severe case would require extraction. exact treatment plan can only be advised after a check up and xray.

Hi sir, if u have pain while chewing that might be because of tooth cavity which is deep. Check the tooth in mirror for any black or brown color discoloration and for cavity. If so you go and consult with a near by dentist to check they will confirm that with X-Ray.
Next Steps
If that is deep cavity, based on the tooth the treatment might vary.
