Hello sir..The pain ur explaining might be due to caries extending to roots or if it is last tooth it might be due to third molar. Kindly visit a dentist as soon as poss and get clear assessment. ....If carious tooth...u need to get root canal therapy done with cap. If third molar then get it removed.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.
