Hello Sir, at your age the bone will be usually healthy so implant will be best option but there is something called as CBCT scan with which we can determine an implant is possibe or not. You can visit an implantologist and/prosthodontist who can guide for the replacement option for missing tooth.
Next Steps
first visit a dentist and later get a CBCT done

Hello Sir, A thorough clinical and radiographic examination is required to check what type of Implant will be suitable for you.Once this is done,a CBCT scan is advised which gives us precise measurements of the Implant that would fit into the space available like diameter, length, orientation etc. This customised implant will be ordered and this will then be placed by the Implant team in a single sitting.Regards,Dr Sumanmakam,Dental arts clinic and Implant centre, jayanagar,Bangalore

Depending on the condition of your jaw, teeth and gums, a dental implant procedure can take as little as a few weeks or as long as nine months. Please consult the Implantologist who has good patients feedback.
