Hello Sir, at your age the bone will be usually healthy so implant will be best option but there is something called as CBCT scan with which we can determine an implant is possibe or not. You can visit an implantologist and/prosthodontist who can guide for the replacement option for missing tooth.

Well if you have a missing tooth single or multiple at an young age then DENTAL IMPLANTS...best option...
You should consult an Implantologist...or a MDS specialist who practices implants and get procedure done

There are various assessments to be done before placing an implant the bone,the soft tissue,the area of concern is also very important plus the age..in ur case its a good time at young age,sooner the better.u hav to undergo certain scans like a cbct or opg ,also ur medical health assessment tests will be done And there are various choices to be done by u in terms of implant system and type of cap (crown).but in total it's a good decision u have made at this stage

First of all we need to evaluate the current jaw bone condition like density, bone loss etc..
For that you need to have a full mouth xray and other diagnosis measure...
You can go to any dental clinic nearby your area and get this things done...
Dentist will do examination and tell you the details of treatment planning....

Hello Sir,
You can visit any dentist and first get a list of investigations needed to be done before planning for a replacement of your missing tooth can be started. These include
Full mouth Xray called an OPG
A scan of the area where the tooth is missing- CBCT
Some routine blood tests
The dentist may evaluate these on his own or consult an Implantologist/ Oral Surgeon/Periodontist/ Prosthodontist to determine the treatment plan that suits you best.

Get cbct done which gives 3 dimensional measurement of bone available for implant placement. If you are have adequate bone n good systemic conditions you can go ahead for dental implant. Implant can be placed by specialists like periodontist prosthodontist and oral surgeon. Consult them for further details.

Greetings for the day.
First it is better that you consult your Dentist for the procedure. Before doing that it us advisible to go to a Dental Scanning Center nd get a CBCT scan of the localised bone. This will give the dentist the surety whether an implant can be placed in the site with the correct dimensions of the site.
