So I have severe teeth anxiety and day before yesterday I guess I brushed a little too hard so my gum around my molar was hurting but I tried to check it and pushed my molars from my fingers and now it hurts. So can pushing your teeth really hard cause pain like that because I got my dental checkup last month but the doctor didn't say anything about this tooth

Your tooth may be decayed or your gums inflammed due to injury with your toothbrush in that region. Clinical examination by a dentist can rule out the exact cause.
