Tooth extraction for braces
I am 22 years old and I recently got braces. I don't have a lot of tooth crowding. I consulted 3 doctors out of which 2 said no extractions would be required but the doctor I chose is forcing me to get 4 teeth extracted(2 upper and 2 lower premolars). I am very worried as I have good and straight premolars and don't really want them to be extracted

Hi, may be you do not have excess crowding but may be your teeth are protuding out and that may be the dentists concern.. if it has to be pushed back it needs to have space behind and you will have a good face profile. But if you are too concerned and want to avoid the procedure you can do it.
