Replacing teeth with implants would be expensive . You can undergo rct and place caps on teeth but this possible only if there is sufficient tooth structure left . Else implants is only option. You can also consider removable denture . Thats not soo expensive

If your tooth has been decayed and if u have pain it can be treated by RCT and crown. Unless,if it is decayed more than 50% of tooth structure is lost ,it should be extracted and replaced. Some times RCT and Post and core is also possible without extraction. Final diagnosis depends on x-Ray.
