Tooth desalinated
Last year I have had gone through braces treatment. After 6 month I stopped wearing retainer now my tooth got dis aligned. It's look very bad.

Retainer should be wear minimum for 1 year...otherwise your teeth got misaligned again...you need to go for furthur orthodontic treatment again....

Visit your orthodontist.
Never neglect retainers post orthodontic treatment. It is given for a reason!
If relapse is bad , you might have to go back to braces for short while else new retainers.

Relapse in a treatment can happen if you discontinue a treatment .. your problem can be managed easily if you can visit a specialist near you..

Third molars are supposed to be removed so that they don’t push rest of the teeth
