Last year I have had gone through braces treatment. After 6 month I stopped wearing retainer now my tooth got dis aligned. It's look very bad.

Hello sir..' Retainer should be wear minimum for 1 year...otherwise your teeth got misaligned again...you need to go for furthur orthodontic treatment again....

Visit your orthodontist. Never neglect retainers  post orthodontic treatment. It is given for a reason! If relapse is bad , you might have to go  back to braces for short while else new retainers.

Relapse in a treatment can happen if you discontinue a treatment .. your problem can be managed easily if you can visit a specialist near you..

Hello This could be due to your third molars Third molars are supposed to be removed so that they don’t push rest of the teeth Meet up with orthodontist who did your treatment
