hello, you need to consult a pedodontist and get it checked. it is better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Yes Root canal Treatment is better Teeth shedding and eruption of permanent tooth is related so untimely removal of teeth will disturb the eruption pattern

At this age tooth removal is not suggested instead I would prefer RCT (Pulpectomy) under local anesthesia.

If a tooth is extracted at this age it might cause closer of the space meant for the eruption of permanent tooth.

if milk teeth are removed at such young age then one may come across problem of space for new teeth. plus chewing would be difficult .
