6-7 is the age of eruption of permanent molars.. some get it earlier than others.. but milk teeth also have molars.. please visit a dentist to know which one is decayed... even if it's a milk tooth a filling is like a protection for the tooth making the cavities stop from spreading.

I personally suggest "Preventive Dentistry"for the other teeth.. so that ur kid has healthy teeth for a lifetime

Permanent molar tooth comes at age of 6 years while Milk molars teeth comes at 2 years of age. So u can make out if this tooth is old one, it is milk tooth
