Hello mam.... To reduce the amount of tooth decay you need to do simple maintainance....reduce the frequency of sugar foods intake...Avoid sugar food items during night time.....Do rinse your mouth after every meals ..Do brush and floss twice daily.....Do rinse with mouth wash twice daily(Morning and night) after food.....However occurence of caries also depends on genetics, bacterial content on your saliva..Drink plenty of water ......VISIT DENTIST FOR EVERY 6 MONTHS

The decay in the tooth cannot be reversed so better get them filled with proper cements and take care about keeping the oral cavity clean after every meals and brush your teeth twice a day with proper technique
