Dear All I am 12 weeks pregnant. And from yesterday I am having toothache., seems it's a tooth decay, which is causing pain. Can I go for filling or cleaning of tooth, can it be risky in pregnancy?

If there is pain, there are chances of deep decay. Tooth may require RCT. Filling and scaling can be done anytime. No harm. If its RCT then get it done in 2nd trimester, which you already are in. Get your gyneac's consent.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination.
Health Tips
Stay away from x rays. Do not try any home remedies.

You can undergo dental treatment in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. It would be better to get it done now.

Good morning. Congratulations on your beautiful journey to motherhood. Routine dental check ups are recommended during pregnancy. There is absolutely no harm in fact it is helpful to get your self checked once during each trimester. The second trimester is also safe for certain dental procedures. Procedures will/should be carried out after a consent from your gynaecologist though.
