Tooth cavity pain
My 4y 7m old son is suffering for cavity in his molar tooth. Because of high number covid cases and other reasons ( me being in 6th month pregnancy and all other family being covid positive), I am not able to go to a dentist. He is occasionally complaining of tooth pain there if there is a nudge or hurt at that tooth. Kindly suggest a pain remedy for those moments. Currently i am brushing his tooth with Kiddodent toothpaste twice daily and mouthwash once , frequently.

Hello, It’s right not to visit a dentist, if you are six months pregnant & other family members are covid positive. You need to maintain his oral hygiene, don’t allow food to get stuck in the cavity. Whenever the food will get stuck, the pain will occur. Along with that you can give him Ibugesic plus syrup (5ml X 2-3 times/day) only as per need. (Assuming he is not allergic to the medicine)
Next Steps
Visit a dentist, once things are fine at your end.
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene, rinse after every meal, brush twice daily & don’t allow him to have sweets for now.
