Dear Sir, According to your explanation it seems to like deep caries on your tooth or might be sensitivity issue also it’s better to consult a Doctor as soon as possible because early treatment will always favour a lot , for now you can take some pain killer and antibiotics so that the pain and infection will subside for now ,better if you could share the photos or explain if there is any sensation in taking hot and cold food items or pain while chewing etc..

You can take paracetamol tabs , eg. Dolo 650mg thrice a day after meal. If this doesn’t relieve it , can go to stronger meds. Ask again.

Hello dear Guess u hv severe tooth ache along with food lodgement.....since u r consulting online But Dr need detail informations like Is thr any swelling near the tooth? Pain z constant or only while chewing? Pain z localized or spread one side of face? Which tooth z causing trouble? rt / left ....upper/lower....molar/ premolar? To get instant relief U must Place a cotton ball inside the tooth cavity...this will definitely help u....but shd b removed at night ....again put new cotton rol in the morning U r advised to Get x-ray of Ur tooth Check for broken part of tooth Proper check up required

Hello, For relief you can take aceclofenac-p once in every 8 hours .. you can do warm salt water rinses ..

Need complete history of pain and more details like swelling but until then you can take painkiller ( enzoflam or ketorol DT in case of severe pain) and maintain good oral hygiene.

be careful if u r using clove oil as it should be applied only on tooth not on gum as it may cause irritation. just dip ear bud in clove oil  and apply on tooth.

Take medication:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days Warm saline rinses between meals Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 5 days

☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction. instead take Augmentin 625mg

Greetings Toothache might be due to deep carious involvement.You have to see a dentist to get your tooth x Ray done as soon as lockdown gets over.It might require root canal treatment.Pls mention do you have sensitivity on having cold food or sweets?Take an analgesic which is available with you (either Diclomol or Ketorolac DT) for immediate relief.Also start doing warm saline gargles two three times daily which will provide temporary relief,avoid chewing from that side.You can consult further if required on mentioned contact number Regards Dr Anisha Mehlawat Orth'O'dent Care Jaipur

Hey hi ur tooth pain is due to pulpal involvement it’s require root canal treatment, due to covid .. this procedure can’t b done .. for now star antibiotics n painkillers for 5 days .. which can help u

Your toothache is most probably due to a deep cavity. You can take a pain killer that you have used in the past ( since we do not want you to get any allergic reaction) Combiflam / Diclomol/ Dolo 650 may be used 2-3 times a day as you need.

Do u have any swelling n puss formation if so take antibiotics also.... only tooth pain use painkiller If u r not allergic to any medication use this Tab moxkind cv 635 mg twice daily for 5days Tab zerodal p twice daily If u have sever pain use Tab Tremadal 8th hourly
