These are early childhood cavities, these are not reversible, but you can stop further spread with proper care.
Visit a pedodontist (children specialist) for a check up and get the cavities filled.

Maintain good hygiene - brushing twice a day
Keep the child hydrated, rinse after meals.
Avoid bottle feeding at night, during sleep. Encourage use of cup/glass.
Avoid frequent snacking, especially foods with high sugar content
Do consult a dentist/ pedodontist. This is initial caries in many teeth and is not reversible but can be treated
. You don't have to worry but need to attend as early before this increases.and causes pain..

if the child takes a bottled milk at night during sleep stop immediately and encourage brushing habits at night also
