Get x ray done... For deep cavities with sound tooth structure you can for root canal ad for small cavities you can go for composite filling.. Extraction is advisable for that small tooth piece.

Hi,get an X-ray done and see a dentist in your nearby area, the type of filling depends upon the extent of decay in the tooth.

On the left side you can fill the cavity. On the right side root canal treatment and capping is required to save the tooth

Hi, if your talking about the cavity on your lower left First Molar, then you must visit a dentist and get a Radiograph done for evaluation. If the decay is deep you would need to go for a Root Canal Treatment for prolonging the life of your tooth. If the decay is restricted to your enamel/dentin ie. not very deep, then a dental filling should suffice your problem.
