Hi
The treatment depends on to know in which level of the root it gets break.....
If it is in the apical third then you need to splint the teeth and regular follow up....
If it is in the middle third and cervical third(near crown portion) then root canal treatment needs to be done...
If the breakage is in crown portion of teeth also the treatment varies depends on the level of breakage
Complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary for complete treatment plan
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further management as soon as possible

Hello and Greetings for Christmas and New Year.
From what you have written here, it seems the kind of break which resembles with the one we get when we try to open a bottle with teeth!
So it depends on what level it has broken, if it’s till the root as described by you , I am afraid it will need an extraction.
But the best thing to do is go to a dentist asap, since nothing more can be said here without seeing the actual picture.
Hello.. We need to see the extent of breakage.. If its within the crown part it can be fixed with restoration.. We need to see it clinically to give you the best solution..
Thanks
