Unless we see your x-rays and clinically evaluate u it is difficult to give u a perfect treatment plan. But roughly there may not be a need to extract if only a few millimeters of space is required. Proximal stripping along with Clear Aligners could do the work. Pain is not going to be a problem. Very minimal or no pain after extraction if need be. Don't worry. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre anytime. God bless u always.
Dear Patient,
Braces are basically stuck on your teeth with cement(kind of glue). And extraction process would be done under local anaesthesia. So again not painful really. Later on, you would be put on antibiotics and painkillers for about days. After braces, you will initially face discomfort and pain for a week but one you will get used to them, they would be as your own natural teeth.
Hello,
There are many ways of orthodontic treatment which includes both with extraction and without extraction.
You need to visit an orthodontist and he will suggest the suitable treatment for you and will decide whether you need extraction or not.
Thank you
Dear patient, an initial consult with an orthodontist following a clinical examination will help you learn the right kind of orthodontic treatment, generally most orthodontic treatments last anywhere between 12-24 months, again removing the teeth isn't necessary for every patient, which will be decided by your orthodontist, the extraction procedure would be carried under local anaesthesia which would render it painless, however you would have subsequent pain and discomfort lasting upto 2-3 days, not to worry as your doctor would put you on pain killers, visit an orthodontist today to find out more. Good day!
