Hi sir....     After extraction that tissues of that extracted area has  reached minimal healing in one week period ....For complete healing it may takes around 4 weeks.... Teeth replacement can be fone after 4 weeks of extraction.... Complication of delayed tooth replacement: The adjacent teeth of the same arch will migrate and hinders the space for teeth... The opposite teeth(opposite arch) will.be supraerupted and reduces the occlusal height... Delaying of tooth replacemnet also cause alveolar bone loss in that extracted site... FAILURE OF REPLACEMENT OF SINGLE EXTRACTED TEETH WILL.WEEKWNS 3 TEETHS .. so it is advicible to replace the extracted teeth at the maximum of 4 weeks  after extraction....

Hi Usually after a teeth removal its always advisable to replace it within 1 year. As you leave that , it will affect 3 good teeths. The adjacent tooth will become loose and the opposing tooth will supraerupt.Your chewing and function will be compromised. Replace it ASAP

Tooth replacement can be done any time after extraction but with due risk of compromised teeth form & function depending upon delay In case if is choice of replacement, which is best option to go for should be done at the same appointment with extraction or after 2-3months followed by capping 3months later In case if bridge is a choice then 10-15 days after extraction

It can be done after minimum healing of tissues after extraction that after 7 days, and replacement should not be delayed too long because as time progresses the adjacent teeth start moving in the space created by extracted tooth.
