I have done fillings a month back for abfraction... can i eat sweets and savouries... what kind of foods to avoid.. can i take citrus fruits...

As fillings are done. Your cavities are sealed. So you should be comfortable to take any type of food. Abfractions, more than food occurs due to excessive grinding,, abnormal way of use of your  teeth.
