Took atarax while trying to conceive
Hi, I'm trying to conceive . But i took atarax tablet for 3 nights for hands itching during my ovulation time. Will it harm my baby if get pregnant

No. It will not harm your baby if you conceive in this cycle. The effect of medicines on embryo can start only after implantation.  In your case the effect of Atarax will be over much before implantation occurs.

It is a category C drug which means it could affect your baby or not at all that is all or none phenomenon. If you choose to continue pregnancy make sure your scans are thorough- dating scan, nt scan and anomaly scan
