Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to calcium and vit deficiency. For now you can take tab zerodol p twice a day after food for 5 days Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days Tab shelcal at night after food for one month Tab astymin forte morning after food for one month
