Hi, white tongue is due to build up of bacteria, fungi, dirt, food, dead cells etc on the surface.
Next Steps
1. Brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste and clean your tongue twice daily. 2. White tongue is sometimes due to dry mouth or mouth breathing or eating lot of solid foods or dehydration. So drink lots of fluids. Keep yourself hydrated. 3. Gargle after every meal. 4. Use mouthwash daily.
Health Tips
Consult your nearby dentist for a scaling and polishing.
