It seems like an ulcer due to trauma from the sharp tooth. If the sharp edge of the tooth constantly irritates the area then the ulcer may not heal. You can apply dologel CT on the ulcer. Please visit a dentist to smoothen the sharp edge of the tooth. Also visit an ENT doctor for the ear block if it's very frequent.

Health Tips
try to avoid very spicy food and chew the food slowly so that you don't bite your tongue until you visit the dentist.
