Please consult with an ENT Specialist in your area for a physical examination. You should give the history about your father and ask if a biopsy is indicated.
Take ORAJEL cream/gel and apply to the pain area in gum and tongue area. Consult for more advice . Maintain oral hygiene. No need to worry about cancer . Check cancer markers when u r about 35 year of age Consult if u seek mote advice
Do not worry ,all cancers are not inheritable. Some are sporadic also .Your father diagnosed with Gastric carcinoma may increase risk in subsequent generation but does not land you in cancer definitely.
