How to cure sore tongue

What is the cure for sore tongue. Myself female aged 25 have soreness in my tongue since a week and I have not done anything about it. It may be due to outside eating a lot as I was on business tour for a week. Please help to get cured faster.

hi.. sore tongue can be from a number of causes like tongue bite, inflammation of tongue,vitamin defeciencies,food allergis, mouth ulcers etc.. u will need to visit a dermatologist for an examination and further treatment
