Tongue roughness
Seems my tongue got bitten some time before 6 month however just after the cut marks my tongue look rough and see whitish patches . Please suggest remedies no pain etc

Hello you need to opt for clinical evaluation of the same. It could just be something due to friction (frictional keratosis white patch) or something else which needs attention. Kindly visit a Dentist asap

These white patches can be due to various reasons and conditions . Since u gave a history of the lesion being painless it wouldn’t be apthous ulcer . Could be fungal too. A pic of the affected part of ur tongue will be helpful for further diagnosis.
