Hi,
Please share more details. When did it start? Is the burning sensation continuous or only while consuming hot food, spicy food or hot liquids. Is this the first time you are having this problem?
Suggest you meet a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done.
Vitamin deficiencies, burns due to extreme temperatures ,ulceration, smoking, allergic reactions can all lead to burning sensation of the tongue.
Thus a detailed history would be needed along with proper evaluation to know the cause and needful treatment.
Next Steps
Share a detailed history and attach necessary photographs and blood reports, if any.
