I've had mouth problems (I think canker sores) every since I moved off to college I think. Tonight at dinner, I realized there was a few bumps on my tongue. I just noticed there were a lot more, but on the top and tip. I need to get tested for STDs soon but I should be fine. I'm worrying myself that this could be a symptom of something big, but from what I've seen online it's nothing

Hi
These red bumps on the tongue at the tip and on top of the tongue are normal findings unless and until proven other wise. STD signs and symptoms are different and much more severe. Either way please consult a dentist preferably a oral physician to alleviate your fears.
