From last 3 days I applied zytee gel though the progress is not visible(may be very minimal but I am not sure)and pain, discomfort, burning is still there . Should I continue zytee gel? Hi. Canker sores are but obviously extremely discomforting. Mouth ulcer gels help with the pain and irritation. However, if you’re not seeing much progress with your ulcer gels, apply Kenacort gel. It’s fast and effective.
Next Steps
Use gel 3-4 times a day for next 5 days
Health Tips
Avoid eating spicy foods. Avoid hard foods like chips etc which can again poke and injure that area.

Maintain oral hygiene. Avoid eating too hot or spicy food items. Apply the gels 15-20 minutes before meal. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, after that rinse with normal water. (Do not swallow).
