Sir you need to get this checked as soon as possible. Does your village have any doctor available? You also need to get some basic tests done immediately. Can you atleast get a CBC done in your village? Do you have diabetes or high blood pressure or any heart conditions? I strongly suggest you inquire which doctor is available near you and arrange for a check-up.
Next Steps
in the meantime you should continue with the antioxidants that were given to you earlier. But do not take Kenacort without meeting the doctor. Also maintain oral hygiene by doing regular gargles.
