I want to clean my teeth..I has got red due to chewing of tobacco since 4 years..i also want to quit my tobacco addiction..my mouth does not opens like before..I always have a dry throat

According to your history it would be better if you visit your nearby dentist. Since you also mentioned reduced mouth opening, so there are few mouth exercises which would help you increase your mouth opening. For which you need to visit a dentist. Quit smoking and take vitamin b-complex. Consume green vegetables. Use chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily. Use with water in 1:1 ratio.

Gud try to quit the habit slowly don't stop abruptly r suddenly quit the habit slowy ..ur mouth opening might be restricted because of the usage of tobacco that contains nicotine so ur muscle might become fibrosed ..and ur gums will be infected surely ...so stop the habit...

If u want to quit tobacco then quit it right now... There is no such rule that u should get teeth clean first n then quit habit... Cleaning can only be done proffessionally now as per ur history... For mouth opening n dry throat clinical evaluation is needed...

Pls attach a picture. To elicit severity of mucosal changes followed by exact treatment planning, physical examination is necessary. Have tomato as much as possible.do not consume the seeds. Hope you have quit the tobacco consumption completely.

it is definitely a good decision to quit tobacco but definitely that gonna be difficult in initial stage, i would suggest you to go for the cleaning first and regarding the mouth opening and throat dryness start the medications prescribed by the dentist after the treatment evaluation.
