To reduce side belly fat
Hi,my height is 5'11" and weight is 87 kg.i want to reduce side belly fat.how can I do so.if I ll be go for diet then fat ll be reduced from whole body.pls advice the effective way.

Avoid sweets, sugar, rice, potatoes n intake of 2 chapatis in dinner. Do small exercise. Make a gap of 2 hrs in between dinner n sleep. Follow this for 15 days. You can find the difference
