My husband weight is 103kg , his thighs n belly is fat so please help him to reduce his weight, please tell me how to diet and what to exercise everyday

Hello..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . He should have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. He is much obese person... He has to reduce overall body weight,thigh fat decreases on its own.....
