After approximately 1 year of tmj treatment with splint my tmj dentist (neuromuscular) told me that my jaw joint is approximately ok now. Now my orthodontist is trying to fix my bite with braces. Also now I can chew food better, talk better etc.But even now, my jaw muscles are so tight that my facial profile and bite has changed badly. If there is any type of damage or problem in my jaw joint then what type of symptoms I will experience? Please tell some exercise to regain my normal facial profile and symmetry. Please help....

your function of jaw should be done well...as it seems you can have your food very well as well talk ...so all is going well nothing to worry ....to be normal it will take time....as it is stepping gradually.
yes with some exercises..it will be helpful ..but it will not chamge your profile..only strengthens your facial muscles.
