Actually since one year I had removed all wisdom tooth. Right side having jaw stiffness and pressure on jaw. Even head pulling and dragging sensation. Recently catch sneezing and cough. I have already considered oral and maxillofacial surgeon in personal. X ray also normal not at all problem. Considered too many ent surgeon and oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Dental doctors are telling it is not our specialty even oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I have considered in partha, clove hospital. Night time it is troubling a lot horrible headache. Kindly rule out Sinusitis.. please get PNS view XRay done.
Also consult a good TMJ specialist for evaluation of tmj problem. You may need a deprogrammer as well.
For the time being start using an occlusal night guard if you have habit of clenching or night grinding.
Please get your bite and jaw movements evaluated. You may need night guards to reprogram your bite and relief from headaches and stiffness. You can also visit us for an evaluation.
