TMJ PROBLEM SUDDENLY
I suffer from cervical spondylosis from few years but from today suddenly I got pain in my right jaw and not able to chew due to this pain and not able to open my mouth properly, pain is near jaw bone which is near to ear. I think it's associated with TMJ. Not able to movie my mouth while opening.

Hello It looks like a joint problem But also can be radiating pain due to neck issue Visit the clinic for oral surgeon consultation

Consult a dentist asap. You can take an anti inflammatory medicine. Avoid wide mouth opening and be on soft diet for a few weeks

Typical tmj issue. But rarely it could be your neck issue or radiating to jaws or tmj. Just make sure your neck issue is not worsened and then you could take an oral surgery consultation.
Next Steps
If you are visiting CHENNAI. I’ll suggest a treatment plan and a small lavage procedure after ruling out worsening neck issue. Can do warm fomentation over painful joint.
