Tmj problem
Sir / Madam, I am suffering from TMJ problem from last 5 years. My Right TMJ anterior disc has been displaced with reduction. I am suffering from severe pain from last 5 years , because of which my life has become hell. I have already taken so many medicines. Now I don't want to take anymore. What can be the permanent solution for this ? Can this disc be placed again at correct place through operation ? Is operation , a good choice ? Is it risky ? Please help me out.

You have to get your X-rays and CBCT and consult a good oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Sometimes bite issues can lead to TMJ problems. Treatment depends on the cause. Injections are sometimes given in the joint to provide relief
