I often get a sensation of my tmj getting dislocated but infact the joint is absolutely normal I have done CT and mri also why is this

There are two issues which give same feeling.. it can be subluxation  or it can be dislocation..might be when you are yawning or on wide opening you may be getting click sound of jaws luxation.. .. if frequency is more get them checked by good oralmaxilofacial surgeon..
