Did you take any test to confirm TMJ issue? If not you have to consult a Neuro physician first to rule out Neuro complaints. Once TMJ is confirmed you should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.

Get your neck, muscles around neck and jaw, face assessed for any trigger points in upper trapezius, sternoncleidomastoid muscles or referral pain from neck. Find Physio with manual therapy skills.
